Turn clarity into momentum
In just weeks, our guided 5-step system gives you the confidence to own your market position, scale your startup, and attract the right customers, investors, and talent.

Their lack of strategy makes them target the wrong clients, deliver ineffective messages, and provide poor experiences and pitches. Internally, they’re misaligned, slowing decision-making, stagnating growth, and allowing competitors to advance and take territory.

Epicenter™ is our proprietary 5-step framework designed to align your brand with your business strategy. It guides teams through a structured process, from revising your direction with purpose and vision, to defining your desired market position, to crafting your brand expression. It's built to go deep into the business and wide across functions, helping you connect brand thinking to everything from culture to product, sales, and beyond.
-
Both are guided processes based on our Epicenter™ framework, designed to help startups build a clear, differentiated brand strategy, one that aligns with their business, audience, and market. The Program✷ is an 8-month deep dive that combines weekly workshops, strategic guidance, and hands-on support to shape and roll out your brand across the business. The Bootcamp✷ is a shorter version, with a focus on defining your brand direction and positioning at an early stage, perfect for creating traction before you scale.

Most branding agencies are built to deliver visual identity and marketing materials. To get there, they typically run a short, surface-level strategy sprint, just enough to brief the design team. The focus is on output, not alignment. Strategy is rushed, narrow, and often disconnected from the rest of the business.
We’re not an agency. We’re a brand strategy consultancy. We don’t design logos or build websites. Instead, we’ve taken that superficial sprint and turned it into a deep, structured process that goes beyond visual identity. Alongside core elements like Purpose, Vision, and Mission, Positioning, and Expression, we help you think through business-critical areas: company culture, organizational design, product architecture and roadmap, sales and pitching, marketing and content creation, and more.
And most importantly: this isn’t done for you. It’s built with you. You and your team are fully involved in shaping and executing the strategy, gaining the clarity and confidence to lead it forward. In the Program✷, we don’t just hand over a playbook, we co-pilot the rollout with you, every step of the way.
-
The Brand Strategy Program✷ is designed for founders and leadership teams of post-product-market-fit startups, typically generating 7 figures or on track to get there, who are ready to build a brand that can grow with their business. It’s ideal for teams facing complexity, scaling challenges, or market noise, and want to align around a long-term, differentiated presence.
The Brand Strategy Bootcamp✷ is for early-stage startups, often pre-product-market fit, recently launched, or in the MVP stage, who need strategic clarity to create traction, attract early investors, and start marketing with confidence. It’s a focused sprint to define your brand direction before scaling.
-
While we specialize in startups with technology as their driving force, and that’s where our process delivers the most impact, we’ve made a few exceptions when there was a strong strategic fit, including solopreneurs and venture capital firms. We’re happy to assess fit on a case-by-case basis. And if we’re not the right partner for you, we’ll gladly point you toward trusted peers or partners who can better support your needs.
-
We’ve worked with startups and ventures across a wide range of industries including: Accelerator, Agriculture, AI & Data Analytics, Biology, Communications, Consulting, Education, Finance, Food, Health, Home Automation, Logistics, Luxury, Medical Devices, Mobility, Music, Neuroscience, Nonprofit, Pharma, Real Estate, Retail, Space, Sports, TV Production, Venture Capital, and Web3. In addition, Ezequiel’s 2-decade experience at Disney spanned 70+ industries globally, giving him deep insight into brand building across diverse markets.
-
We work with both B2B and B2C startups across a wide range of industries, categories, and markets. The core of our Epicenter™ framework stays consistent, and it works effectively for both models. What changes is how we tailor the content, exercises, and strategic focus to reflect the unique dynamics of your business, your audience’s buying behavior, and your go-to-market approach.
-
The Brand Strategy Program✷ is structured in three stages: Discovery, Strategy Design, and Implementation
Discovery: We begin by assessing the current state of your brand and business, conducting interviews, deep-diving into your product and operations, and desk-researching your industry, category, audience, and more. Think of it as a 3D scan of your startup, designed to uncover key insights that will set the foundation for the strategic work ahead.
Strategy Design: Using our Epicenter™ framework, we guide you and your leadership team through 5 modules of weekly co-creation workshops to build your brand strategy by answering the 5 key Epicenter™ questions. The outcome of this phase is captured in your Brand Strategy Guide, a comprehensive, actionable document that reflects the strategic choices you’ve made.
Implementation: Strategy only matters if it’s applied. In this final stage, we help you activate the strategy across internal and external touchpoints, from team alignment and culture to sales, marketing, and product. We act as your co-pilots to ensure the strategy is understood, adopted, and put into motion.
The Brand Strategy Bootcamp✷ is a distillation of the Program✷ and is structured around six sessions: 1) Onboarding, 2) Brand Direction, 3) & 4) Brand Positioning, 5) Brand Expression, and 6) Calibration. Each one builds on the last to guide your team through an intense, collaborative process designed to create your Minimum Viable Strategy (MVS).
-
Absolutely. Every startup is somehow unique, which is why we personalize the depth, pace, and focus areas to fit your goals, stage, and team dynamics. That said, all our Program✷ and Bootcamp✷ follow the structure of our Epicenter™ framework, it’s what ensures strategic rigor, consistency, and real outcomes across every engagement.
-
At the end of the Program✷, you’ll receive a Brand Strategy Guide, a comprehensive document that captures all the strategic foundations built during the process. This may include: Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values, Customer Profiles, Differentiation, Value Proposition, Category Approach, Brand Personality, Voice, Storytelling, Key Messaging, Tagline, Brand Architecture, and Naming, depending on what we’ve worked on together.
Throughout the process, we’ll introduce tools, frameworks, and ways of thinking that will shift how you and your team approach your business. It’s not just a deliverable, it’s a mindset shift. For many teams, it becomes a turning point for how they operate, communicate, and grow.
For the Bootcamp✷, we deliver a condensed version of what we mentioned above. And just like the full Program✷, the biggest shift isn’t just what you get on paper, it’s how your team begins to think more strategically and intentionally from day one.
-
No, we don’t work on design or any creative assets. Our focus is on building the foundation first: the brand direction, brand positioning and brand expression that will inform your brand and marketing efforts. During the implementation phase, we stay by your side as a co-pilot, helping you brief, evaluate, and guide the creative process. Some clients handle it internally, others hire external partners. If needed, we can recommend trusted freelance creators, design studios and agencies we’ve successfully worked with or we really know.
-
Most of our clients have internationally distributed teams, which is why both the Program✷ and the Bootcamp✷ were designed for remote collaboration, with the flexibility to include specific in-person events or sessions when needed or planned.
-
We’ve worked with teams across Latin America, North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, often with team members spread across time zones and cultures. Our process is built for remote, global teams and encourages diverse input, shared language, and inclusive collaboration. Strategy sessions are designed to surface different perspectives and align them around one clear and unified brand narrative.
-
Our workshop sessions are typically held weekly and run about 2 hours each, long enough to go deep, but short enough to fit into your team’s busy schedule.
-
We believe in the power of pause and reflection. Spacing sessions weekly gives your team time to process, discuss, and apply what was explored, and even challenge or refine ideas as you go. Clarity doesn’t happen in a rush. Unlike offsite retreats that compress everything into a few intense days (which feel energizing in the moment but often fade quickly), our approach embeds strategic thinking into your organization over time. You retain more, make better decisions, and create lasting alignment. Think of it like going to the brand gym once a week, it builds stronger, more sustainable results.
-
Before we begin, we work with you to plan the roadmap, agree on a fixed weekly schedule, and anticipate any foreseeable conflicts, especially for the longer-term Program✷. We expect full commitment from your team, and the Bootcamp✷, being a short and focused one-month sprint, requires uninterrupted engagement. That said, we understand startups move fast. If an unexpected event arises, we’ll work together to adapt. To protect the integrity of the work, we ask that you notify us immediately of any situation that could materially impact the success of the project. While we can accommodate changes when necessary, keeping momentum is key to making the most of the process.
-
Rarely. Everything is designed to be built live during the sessions, so your team can move forward without added workload. Between sessions, we do the heavy lifting, distilling what was discussed, capturing key insights, and preparing what’s next to keep momentum going without overloading your team.
-
Yes. All sessions are held on Zoom and recorded. You’ll have immediate full access to the recordings so you can revisit key insights and discussions whenever you need.
-
We don’t work with founders alone. We usually assemble a core group of 5 to 8 key people from your team, the sweet spot for deep, productive collaboration. Past participants have included leaders from Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, and other key people. Anyone whose perspective is critical to building and scaling your brand is welcome.
-
When it makes strategic sense, yes. But with intention. We believe strategy should live inside your organization. That’s why we work directly with your core team to build clarity and ownership from within, and from start. If you’re bringing in external partners to help with execution, like design or marketing, we can include them in specific sessions to ensure alignment. What we want to avoid is training someone external to “take over” the thinking or make you dependent on outside opinions after the process ends. Strategy isn’t something to outsource, it’s something to lead.
-
Yes. We regularly work with teams in both English and Spanish, and can comfortably conduct sessions, materials, and discussions in either language. Ezequiel also speaks Portuguese, though with some limitations, so while we can support Portuguese-speaking teams, we recommend running the program primarily in English to ensure clarity and depth in the strategic work. In bilingual teams, we adapt as needed to keep everyone aligned and engaged.
-
Disagreement isn’t a problem, it’s an opportunity. Our process is designed to surface differing perspectives early, so we can work through them with structure, facilitation, and shared context. These moments often lead to the most valuable breakthroughs. If conflict arises, we address it openly, with empathy and strategic focus, keeping your business goals front and center.
-
No. During our collaboration, we act as an extension of your team. Especially in the Program✷, you'll have regular access to us through meetings, chats, and ad-hoc support. We've helped teams rehearse pitches, facilitated internal staff meetings, and even supported key hiring interviews. Ezequiel has also been invited to travel and join teams at key investor meetings and high-stakes client presentations.
-
We like to say, “The sooner, the better”, because brand strategy creates clarity, alignment, and momentum at any stage. That said, there are four inflection points when investing in strategy becomes especially powerful: 1) If you're growing fast, entering new markets, or expanding your offering, your brand needs to scale with your ambition. 2) If you’ve just raised funding or gone through a merger, your brand must reflect that new reality, polished, credible, and aligned with investor expectations. 3) If things feel stagnant internally, if your message isn’t landing or your brand feels disconnected, it’s likely time to re-align. And 4) if your market has shifted, competitors are gaining ground, or consumer behavior has changed, your brand may be falling behind. Whether proactive or reactive, these moments signal it's time to revise your positioning and sharpen your brand narrative. And that’s exactly what the Brand Strategy Program✷ is built to do.
-
That’s totally fine, most teams we work with haven’t been through a rebranding process before. That’s the expertise we bring. And just as we don’t pretend to be experts in your industry, we rely on you to bring your insight and context. The beauty of the process is that we operate as one team: learning, building, and shaping the strategy together for the best possible outcome.
-
Yes. Many teams come to us with an existing brand strategy or document, but often it’s outdated, incomplete, or no longer aligned with where the company is or wants to go. We begin by evaluating what’s in place, identifying gaps and opportunities, and building on what’s already working. Because we’re not an agency or design studio, we’re not here to push for a visual rebrand unless the strategy truly calls for it. In fact, not all of our projects involved changing the brand identity. Our focus is to strengthen the core of your brand so that it supports growth, clarity, and long-term differentiation, with or without a redesign.
-
That’s exactly why we co-create the strategy with your team, so it’s not just understood, it’s owned. Throughout the process, we embed habits, tools, and ways of thinking that help you operationalize the strategy in your day-to-day work. And during the final phase, we help you build the internal structures needed to keep it alive, across leadership, culture, product, marketing, and more.
-
We’re open to continuing the collaboration if there’s a clear strategic need. Some clients choose to extend into ongoing advice, guidance, or follow-up checkpoints. If that’s the case, we’ll evaluate together and define a new scope that reflects your evolving goals. Any extension is handled transparently, with a clear agreement on format, timing, and budget, so we stay aligned every step of the way.
-
Yes. The Bootcamp✷ is a great way to build momentum early, and if you decide you’re ready to go deeper, we can extend into the full Program✷ seamlessly. If you upgrade within 6 months, your previous investment will be fully applied toward the Program✷, as it serves as the strategic foundation for the next phase.
-
No, travel costs are billed separately and only apply if in-person sessions are planned and agreed upon in advance. We’ll always clarify expectations and logistics ahead of time, and any travel is scoped collaboratively with your team.
-
For the Program✷, yes, you can choose to pay monthly or in full at the start. If you opt to pay upfront, we offer a 10% discount. For the Bootcamp✷, the fee is a one-time payment due before we begin. There are no hidden fees, and any changes to scope or terms are always discussed and agreed upon in advance.
-
We typically don’t offer one-off sessions. Our work is designed to happen within the structure of a full Program✷ or Bootcamp✷, where we can go deep and drive meaningful outcomes. That said, in specific cases where there’s a clear strategic fit or specific need, we’re open to exploring alternatives.
-
No. His focus is on leading structured, high-impact strategy engagements. While we act as co-pilots during the Program✷ and help support implementation, we don’t take on ongoing operational roles.
-
Yes. Over his 30+ year career, Ezequiel has shared insights on creativity, innovation, and branding worldwide, speaking, moderating panels, and being interviewed as a Disney executive and now as a consultant, across stages, boardrooms, classrooms, and media, both live and recorded. His talks are tailored to founders, leadership teams, and innovation-driven organizations. If you have a meaningful audience and a clear purpose, we’d love to hear more and explore the fit.
-
Yes, we’re happy to sign NDAs and work within Master Service Agreements when needed. In return, we ask for the same respect for our proprietary frameworks, tools, and methods. Mutual trust and professionalism are core to how we work.
